Freight

We currently use freight forwarders to ship around the country, for a specific quote please contact us directly. Please note when checking out that the freight quoted is for a standard delivery. If you are Rural or purchasing large items we may need to quote specifically for your region and items.

For smaller items we charge $7 in Auckland and $10 everywhere else. Alternatively you can select to collect from store at no charge

Orders

Please note that while we do our best to ensure stock online reflects stock in store, as we are a bricks and mortar store there can be times where it sells out in store before it updates online. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you.

Returns

Please contact us immediately if items arrive damaged, faulty or not the product you have ordered. If you decide the product you've purchased is not for you, then it will be at our discretion to issue a store credit.

Please note if the product is not faulty it will be at your own cost to ensure the product is returned in resalable condition. 

Sale Items

• Sale items are not eligible for layby 
• No refunds or exchanges
• Existing laybys or preorders are not eligible as part of the sale
• Gift wrapping is not available on sale items
